Advanced Rock Climbing for those who have done this before you’ll really enjoy our regular advanced rock climbing lesson especially if you have taken a beginner class already although even beginners will be catered for in this personal lesson.
Our next lesson is on 21st March at 7.30pm and takes place at Manchester Climbing Centre which boasts one of the largest climbing walls in Europe .
Manchester Climbing Centre is set in unique surroundings and the 75+ climbing lines are tailored for you. 
Enables you to improve your climbing technique; even those at a more advanced level will benefit from this lesson !
Lesson content will involve some of the following:
- Movement on rock
- Gear placement
- Self-rescue
- Problem solving
- Abseiling safely
- Approaching and retreating from crags
Climbing ropes, equipment, helmets and harnesses, climbing boots are set up / provided for you.
Make sure you wear: Loose trousers (not jeans), trainer/thin socks, fleece/jumper.
