When the gates open at 11:30, we will be entertained by The Devil’s Horseman Stunt Team, who will be providing the entertainment through the afternoon on the Open Course. 1:55 will see some Chariot Racing and at 4:05, the daring stunt riders will be dazzling us with their skills. Not one but two Gladiator battles will commence at 3 and 5:15pm, respectively, alongside Roman Legionnaires who will, during the course of the day, be patrolling the Paddock. So if you want to join some new friends in Manchester whilst experiencing a day out of the city, this really is one of the best days that you can have.
