Bringing his 2 Michelin-starred expertise to one of Manchester’s most iconic sites, Mr Cooper’s House and Garden is the second restaurant by Simon Rogan at the iconic Midland Hotel.
Simon Rogan decided to open his second restaurant in one of Manchester’s most celebrated builsings, the Midland Hotel. Mr Cooper’s House and Garden sources ingredients from its very own Northern farms and pays tribute to Thomas Coper, whose own house and gardens once occupied this site in 1819. The food is every it as classy as the the building it stands in. It boasts a seasonal menu that features chipotle polenta and smoked salmon, and salt cod and perilla. Definitely worth a visit.
